At the core of GCG’s operation is a sophisticated proprietary system, called CLASS, that facilitates and integrates all processes in a highly secure environment. The system, which incorporates a variety of components working together seamlessly, was developed in-house more than 20 years ago and is continually updated and refined to meet ever-changing requirements.
Although claims are sent to GCG in a variety of ways, we aim to have as many claims as possible submitted through our websites to eliminate paper handling. Automation allows for faster claims processing and the highest degree of accuracy. Quality controls are built in, and the system provides immediate access to case details at any level. This state-of-the-art system gives GCG an advantage in providing effective, cost-efficient services to clients.
