SOLICITATION

GCG’s solicitation team provides expertise in all aspects of solicitation and balloting. In particular, GCG has expertise in facilitating communications with holders of publicly traded securities and can assist in developing innovative solicitation procedures that meet the needs of any matter. The solicitation team identifies the beneficial owners of securities and provides them with timely notice. In addition, our team advises on balloting elections, rights offerings and subscription procedures. We tabulate ballots and certify the results, which are backed by our highly trained quality assurance department. Moreover, GCG’s software engineers have developed proprietary programs, unique in this industry, that allow our clients to view voting results on a rolling basis, in real-time.

Our ability to handle solicitations for cases of all sizes and complexities has received praise from both bankruptcy practitioners and courts presiding over the cases we administer. If required, we can testify as to our adherence to the voting procedures and voting results.
