BANKRUPTCY

CREDITORS' COMMITTEE

GCG has provided administrative services to Creditors’ Committees in numerous bankruptcy cases. GCG understands the key role that Creditors’ Committees play and the need for a professional partner to help manage administrative duties.

GCG has designed full-service administrative programs for Creditors’ Committees that have retained us, including case-specific websites and call centers. Our websites, designed by GCG’s experienced graphics team, typically post information about important events in the case, such as upcoming hearings and deadlines. The websites also post key documents, such as press releases issued by the Committee; forms that can be used for creditors who have questions or comments; registration pages for creditors who want updates by email; pleadings filed by professionals retained by the committee; answers to frequently asked questions; and links to relevant websites. Our websites may also include a link to a password-protected virtual data room providing expeditious and secure access to voluminous documents for committee members and professionals.

Our call centers are another cost-effective avenue to transmit important case information. We use interactive, automated messages that provide creditors with key information; we can also provide live operators who receive thorough training in the specifics of each case they handle.

GCG has the experience and the tools to provide Creditors’ Committees with superior, cost-effective administration services, while maintaining the highest level of responsiveness to creditors.
