Timothy O'Neill
Senior Vice President, Operations & Director of Facilities Management
Timothy A. O'Neill is an astute manager of people and technology, as well as a problem-solver who is quick to recognize opportunities and to develop effective systems and procedures.
Mr. O'Neill's wide-ranging responsibilities include: overseeing domestic and international purchasing activities and vendor relations for printing, lettershop, skip tracing, and address correction, claims processing, and data entry operations. In addition, Mr. O'Neill is responsible for all fulfillment operations, including check and coupon distributions and actual product fulfillment.
In this capacity, he plays an influential role in GCG's ability to deliver cost-effective, quality services to clients. The GCG Contact Center is also under his direction, and he has been instrumental in helping the Center expand its services through technical advances, proper staffing and a continued focus on quality, cost-effective service for clients.
Mr. O'Neill has the additional responsibility of managing GCG's facilities, where he oversees the planning and development of new and existing office space nationwide as growth and expansion dictate, as well as managing the day-to-day physical needs of the corporate office.
Before being promoted to his current position, Mr. O'Neill served as Vice President of Operations. He joined GCG in 1998 after a distinguished eight-year tenure with one of the nation's largest consumer services providers, CUC International based in Stamford, Connecticut.
At CUC, he was involved in marketing, operations, and management within the company's telemarketing and product management divisions. His contributions were rewarded with continual promotions, culminating in his appointment as Director of Product Management.
Prior to graduating from Pace University with a degree in Marketing Management, Mr. O'Neill held various management positions in the building supply trade and the real estate industry. |
