Stephanie Caro
Director, Marketing
Stephanie Caro has over 20 years of broad based experience in all phases of marketing management, product development, digital interactive communications and sales. Over the course of her career she has consistently demonstrated a proven ability to take projects and sales from conception to delivery.
For over a period of 10 years, initially at Shearson Lehman Brothers and subsequently as Assistant Vice President, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations at Merrill Lynch, she directed national advertising and public relations campaigns to reach clients, prospects, and motivate the sales force utilizing print ads, TV, radio, direct mail, podcasts and other related multimedia applications.
In this capacity she oversaw a staff of professionals including writers, editors, graphic designers and product developers, which encompassed product marketing communications, web site development, public relations, advertising, direct mail, publishing and training.
Subsequently as a consultant, Ms. Caro was responsible for and played a lead role in the brand management, messaging and positioning within a variety companies across industry sectors by using a variety of mediums including direct mail campaigns, internal/external newsletters, statement stuffers, sales promotion literature, advertisements, trade shows, seminars, client appreciation events and lead generation programs.
More recently, as Director of Marketing for a litigation support firm, she managed a staff of employees to meet corporate-wide marketing goals and objectives for the firm and provided ongoing training and team building, coaching and all other managerial functions.
Ms. Caro holds a B.A. in Marketing with a focus on communication arts and advertising. She is licensed to solicit financial services packaged products and is a graduate of Merrill Lynch’s Management Program authored by the Wharton School of Business. |
