Nick Day Nick Day is a Senior Consultant at The Garden City Group, Inc. (GCG). Mr. Day brings over 8 years of extensive legal experience in Electronic Data Discovery, Document Management, Information Technology and Outsourcing. His ability to manage complex litigation matters, as well as technical support allows him to provide clients with a practical approach to complex claims administration. Prior to joining GCG, Mr. Day was a Senior Consultant at Onsite3, a tier one Electronic Discovery company, where he provided solutions to Fortune 500 companies and AMLaw 200 Law Firms. As a Senior Consultant, Mr. Day identified client business challenges, and devoted himself to collaboratively shape relevant solutions to drive their business’s strategic initiatives for matters pursuant to necessitating defensible data acquisition, forensics, ESI reduction, analytics, processing and review via optimized workflows, software and services. Mr. Day took on an integral role in expanding Onsite3’s West Coast presence, by identifying investigatory, regulatory and litigation matters requiring the company’s services and creating solutions for their clients netting increased revenues and shareholder value. |
