Jason Zuena Jason Zuena joined GCG in June 2007 as an Assistant Director of East Coast Operations. His outstanding client service efforts quickly led to his promotion to Director, and in 2010, to Senior Director of Operations. As Senior Director of Operations, Mr. Zuena is responsible for ensuring that all of GCG’s East Coast administrations are handled in an efficient and timely manner. Regardless of subject matter, Mr. Zuena regularly drills down some of the more complex, detail-orientated and data-intensive matters that GCG handles. As an administration generalist, Mr. Zuena is acutely aware of unique issues that arise, as he oversees all types of administrations including security actions, product defect cases, wage and hour, and human rights cases. Prior to joining GCG, Mr. Zuena’s background and experience in the print industry have honed strong process-oriented and operational-efficiency skill sets. He has frequently been called upon during and prior to a settlement being reached to consult on potentially challenging notice and administration issues to ensure efficient handling. |
