David A. Isaac
Chief Executive Officer
As a former class action litigator, David A. Isaac brings a multi-faceted perspective to client engagements, and he has been instrumental in spearheading GCG's dynamic growth. David A. Isaac's distinguished career in the law has spanned over 15 years. His unparalleled experience has led GCG to its position as the premier provider of legal administration services. Mr. Isaac has been one of GCG's senior executives since joining the firm in 1996 as its Vice President, Director of Legal Services. He became President in February 2000, and since that time, the company has grown from a 50-person firm to one that employs over 1000 people in 11 offices across the country.
Mr. Isaac was named Chief Executive Officer in September 2006, and was appointed in January 2008 to the Global Executive Management team of Crawford and Company, GCG's parent company.
One of his strategies to enhance growth was to introduce more diverse services and 'one stop shopping' capabilities. Mr. Isaac has guided the expansion of GCG's capabilities by branching into Chapter 11 reorganization services in 2001. Under his leadership, Mr. Isaac has developed the firm's communications division, a full-fledged advertising agency, which designs and implements specialized notice programs in class action and bankruptcy cases. Another key element to GCG's growth has been Mr. Isaac's ability to recruit a staff of legal and business professionals that is unmatched in the industry.
As a result of GCG's major expansion, the company now serves law firms and corporations coast-to-coast with offices nationwide. A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Yeshiva College, Mr. Isaac is a member of the Advisory Board for The Brennan Center for Justice and is a recipient of the Distinguished Legal Service Award sponsored by Corporate Legal Times and Lexis-Nexis. Mr. Isaac was recently appointed to the board of directors at Yeshiva College. He is also on the board of directors of the Westchester Chapter of the Jewish National Fund, serves on the Advisory Council of AMIT and is a board member of the United Way of New Rochelle. |
