On July 13, 2009, RathGibson, Inc. (now known as RG Liquidation, Inc.) and certain of its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the "Debtors") filed voluntary petitions under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the "Court"). The Court ordered the Debtors' cases jointly administered under case number 09-12452 (CSS).
On June 11, 2010, the Debtors consummated the Modified Third Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan for RathGibson, Inc., et al., and the sale of substantially all of their assets. The Confirmation and Plan, Sale Order, Notice of Effective Date, and claim registers are available on the left.
