On January 11, 2013, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Order (A) Establishing Record Date, Voting Date and Other Dates; (B) Approving Forms of Ballots and Master Ballot; (C) Approving Procedures for Soliciting, Receiving, and Tabulating of Votes on Plan and for Filing Objections to Plan; (D) Approving the Manner and Forms of Notice and Other Related Documents.
On January 15, 2013, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Order Approving the Disclosure Statement for the Joint Plan of Reorganization Under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code Proposed by Debtors and The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors.
On March 7, 2013, the Bankruptcy Court entered the Findings Of Fact, Conclusion Of Law & Order Confirming Second Amended Joint Plan Of Reorganization Under Chapter 11 Of The Bankruptcy Code Proposed By Debtors And The Official Committee Of Unsecured Creditors.
