On April 7, 2009, Aventine Renewable Energy Holdings, Inc. and certain related companies (the “Debtors”) filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the “Court”).
On February 24, 2010, the Court entered an order (the “Confirmation Order”) confirming the Debtors' First Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Plan”).
