Alper Holdings USA, Inc.
On July 13, 2007, Alper Holdings USA, Inc. (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the "Court"). The Debtor's case was administered under case number 07-12148 (BRL).
On November 7, 2008, the Debtor filed its plan of reorganization (as amended on December 8, 2008, the "Plan") and supporting disclosure statement. After notice and a hearing, the Court entered an order confirming the Plan on December 11, 2008. On March 3, 2010, the Plan went effective.
